When Driftime Media contacted me they were about to release their third issue of the Annual Digest. The only thing missing was the cover image. They asked me to create an illustration to represent the pyramidal model of old-fashioned corporate businesses; a structure that for years has made employees unhappy and the business itself stagnant. I pictured this pyramid of people, trying to reach the top whilst crushing the middle-man, or woman. In the end, there is always someone invisible who controls the whole thing, isn't there?
